Capacitive moisture sensor. A damp cloth is placed on the sensor then a dry cloth to show the different response. The damp cloth is replaced and dried over a period of 15minutes. Time-lapse video pieces (about a minute apart) are pasted together to show the drying cycle. At first the cloth is saturated, then the response rapidly changes and slows as the moisture is drawn out. The cloth is dampened again and replaced, the voltage shows how saturated it is.
