By Car:

Follow the M23 south, and its continuation as the A23, until it crosses the A27at a roundabout on the outskirts of Brighton. Continue across the roundabout towards Brighton then, after another small roundabout and two sets of traffic lights past a large park on your left. Watch out for the speed camera here. Follow the one-way system towards Brighton city centre, under a large railway arch, keeping in right lane, to a major intersection with traffic lights and the fire station on the left corner. Do not take the one-way system to the left but turn right ninety degrees passing by Lloyds Bank on left. You are on a street called New England Hill. At next traffic lights turn left. You are on New England Street and New England House is the large concrete block 200 yds on your left. There is a multi-floor car park another 100yds on your left. There is parking on the street but you will need parking vouchers available at news agents. We are located on the floor level with the street.
